EASY ROASTED BRUSSEL SPROUTS

INGREDIENTS

  • Brussel sprouts: 1kg/ 2 pounds
  • Garlic: 1/4 tablespoon
  • Chili flakes: 1/4 teaspoon
  • Olive oil or any odorless oil: 3 tablespoons
  • Ranch dressing: 1/4 cup
  • Feta cheese: 1/4 cup

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375F (190 C). Line a baking sheet either with a nonstick baking mat, aluminum foil or parchment paper.
  2. Transfer the shredded Brussel sprouts onto the baking sheet.  Sprinkle garlic powder and chili flakes over the sprouts.  Drizzle olive oil and coat the spouts nice and evenly with the oil and garlic spice mixture.
  3. Bake for 30 minutes. Depending on your oven, the cook time may vary. Start paying attention after 25 to 30 minutes. When Brussel sprouts are done, it will have crispy caramelized edges.
  4. Remove and transfer into a large mixing bowl. Now add the ranch dressing and half of the feta cheese. Mix until the dressing has completely coated all the sprouts.
  5. Transfer onto a platter and top it with some of that leftover Feta cheese.
