Sassy Pooh is here to your rescue! With the onset of cold weather, common cold, flu and sniffles can be our uninvited guests that take their own sweet time to leave. I am sure we all know the feeling. Now, let me tell you a little about this uninvited visitor named common cold. First, it can be a single handed soldier or an army of viruses. Not knowing what strain of virus attacked you, makes it harder to fight. So when you catch a cold, the virus attaches itself to the mucous membranes of your nose and throat; they pretend to be doppelgangers of your healthy cells, and throw a miserable party. Innocent cells in your body think they are your homies, brother from another mother, and let them do what they want while they multiply, take away your personal space, and ruin your Zen. And when your body thinks these folks have overstayed their welcome and decides to fight them, the symptoms pop up. Begins with the sore throat and sniffles, we all know it can be downhill from there. Don’t forget, if the sinusitis or lung infection takes a bacterial turn, you my friend are trapped in a cease fire of bacteria and virus, I hope I scared you enough to go see a doctor. While most colds subside on their own, this magical concoction is aimed to ease these uninvited symptoms and help boast your immunity. Needless to say, you can alter this recipe to fit your taste and preference. I am listing all the ingredients bellow with their miraculous healing properties.
