    Ingredients
    1. Shrimp —2 cup, deveined and chopped
    2. Avocado —1 fruit
    3. Pineapple — 1 cup chopped
    4. Baby bell pepper- 3, chopped
    5. Green onion — 2 shoots, finely chopped
    6. Garlic — 1 to 2 cloves, finely chopped
    7. Lime juice – From 1 lime
    8. Green Chile habanero hot sauce— 1 teaspoon (add or subtract according to taste)
    9. Diced chiles— 1 can (add or subtract according to taste)
    10. Cilantro- ¼ cup, chopped
    11. Tequila- 1 to 2 tablespoon (optional)
    12. Salt to taste
    Instructions
    1. Cooking the shrimp — Add boiling water to the shrimp and let is sit for 3-4 minutes (no more no less.) Then strain the water and add some cold water to the shrimp. Let it sit for 4 minutes. Strain again.
    2. Add chopped garlic, onion, avocado, pepper, pineapple, cucumber, Chili habanero sauce, canned chilies, cilantro and mix well.
    3. Add the juice of the lime and tequila.
    4. Add salt to taste; leave the pit of the avocado in the bowl until ready to serve.
    5. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
    6. Can be served with hard/soft shell taco taco or tortilla chips, enjoy!
