- Shrimp —2 cup, deveined and chopped
- Avocado —1 fruit
- Pineapple — 1 cup chopped
- Baby bell pepper- 3, chopped
- Green onion — 2 shoots, finely chopped
- Garlic — 1 to 2 cloves, finely chopped
- Lime juice – From 1 lime
- Green Chile habanero hot sauce— 1 teaspoon (add or subtract according to taste)
- Diced chiles— 1 can (add or subtract according to taste)
- Cilantro- ¼ cup, chopped
- Tequila- 1 to 2 tablespoon (optional)
- Salt to taste
Instructions- Cooking the shrimp — Add boiling water to the shrimp and let is sit for 3-4 minutes (no more no less.) Then strain the water and add some cold water to the shrimp. Let it sit for 4 minutes. Strain again.
- Add chopped garlic, onion, avocado, pepper, pineapple, cucumber, Chili habanero sauce, canned chilies, cilantro and mix well.
- Add the juice of the lime and tequila.
- Add salt to taste; leave the pit of the avocado in the bowl until ready to serve.
- Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Can be served with hard/soft shell taco taco or tortilla chips, enjoy!
